The India Shrine Rodeo is an exciting new annual tradition created by the India Shriners of Oklahoma City to celebrate Western heritage, family fun, and community spirit in a fresh and meaningful way. While this is our first year hosting an IPRA-sanctioned rodeo, our organization has been a proud part of Oklahoma for more than a century—bringing people together through fellowship and memorable community events.
For many years, the India Shriners were widely known for the beloved India Shrine Circus, a family tradition enjoyed by generations. As times changed and entertainment trends evolved, we recognized an opportunity to grow in a new direction—one that stays true to our mission while offering an experience better aligned with today’s families and Oklahoma’s strong rodeo culture. The India Shrine Rodeo isn’t replacing the past; it’s building on it, continuing the spirit of excitement, connection, and community engagement that our supporters cherish.

The India Shriners, established in 1894, are one of Oklahoma’s oldest fraternal organizations. Our members serve local communities, support charitable efforts, and preserve a tradition of fellowship that spans generations. The India Shrine Center in Oklahoma City serves as our headquarters, gathering place, and the heart of our fraternity’s activities. Maintaining this historic home, supporting our units and clubs, and organizing community programs all require resources that come entirely through the efforts of our members and our supporters.

Shriners have long been recognized for their compassion toward children and families.
